Frances Cook is an artist from the Monterey Peninsula on the Central Coast of California. She has been a collage artist for twenty years with other works including paintings, drawings, sculptures, and digital media in her repertoire. Her relationship with color has always been a vital piece to her artistic process in both personal and commissioned pieces. Frances’ education includes a B.A. from Colgate University and M.A. from Santa Clara University. She currently lives in Carmel, CA, and teaches Kindergarten through Eighth Grade Art at her alma mater, Santa Catalina School in Monterey.
